Adventure On A Friday Night!

           Well my Friday was definitely was an adventure, one I actually wanted and am grateful for. To start off as roommates we decided we needed to go to the antique maill, DI, Plato's Closet, and then to Seagull Book to get handkerchiefs for the Brigham City Temple dedication in a week. This was exciting only because we saw lots of interesting old things, and I have come to the conclusion that people liked weird things way back when. Then since we had time to kill..or so we were under that impression until the institute activity was serving food we sat at our apartment starving to death.
         
            When we got to First Dam where this shin dig was happening, the line was GINORMOUS!! Well eventually we made our way to the food, and man was it a big disappointment. We ended up having measly hotdogs on hamburger buns, because apparently the started serving food at 5, not 6! In the end we came to the conclusion to go get something good to eat elsewhere...Heather ditched us for her boyfriend, so naturally Sarah, Tyler, Breanna and myself decided we were going to the Crepery...Heather basically is in love with this place, well she has reason to be it is definitely delicious!

  Well after stuffing our faces, we thought it would be fun to go watch recycled percussion..that was lame and as we left some lacrosse boys approached us and asked if we would like to go jump into First Dam with them. We took to long to decide and missed what could have been a great opportunity. After that we went home and felt bad for ourselves, bought stuff for cake bites, and then watched She's The Man.  

 

I can't honestly don't think yesterday could have been more adventurous, too bad we missed an opportunity. All we can hope for is that one weekend up here we will do something that can beat Friday night.
